Inside and out of RP the roles of the council and recruiters exist. Here we look at their roles:
The Dracul Council
OOC: The council is considered as the ones in charge of Sfant Umbra. The very backbone of the LS they run everything behind the scenes to ensure it all goes smoothly. They are here to serve the members with any questions or problems that arise. While each council member may have multiple characters only one specific character IC is chosen to represent the council for that person. Those are listed below.
IC: Hand-picked by the leader of Sfant Umbra, the Dracul Council is a group of chosen members given the task of overseeing the mercenaries daily tasks and duties. This includes special services, training, or skills. The Council also has the ability to assign mercenaries to the Sarpe Enforcers for recruitment of new mercenaries into Sfant Umbra.
* Nesirae - Leader and owner of Sfant Umbra. He is a mysterious individual walking the center line between right and wrong. As of right now bounties on his head have forced him into hiding turning leadership of the business to another.
* Tsumi - A battle-hardened mercenary from the Near East, she has been given temporary leadership of Sfant Umbra by Nesirae. As such any and all decisions are made by her. Her duty also includes training new recruits into battle-ready mercenaries and showing them "the ropes".
* Sair - Trusted adviser to Nesirae, now following Tsumi's lead he assists in making the decisions. He is considered the mercenary group's medic and scholar. With his skills in the white arts anyone in need of serious medical attention can come to him for treatment.
Sarpe Enforcers
OOC: Sarpe Enforcers are seen as moderators on the forums, and recruiters in the linkshell. They have some responsibility in ensuring rules are enforced (Hence their name) and dealing with concerns from members.
IC: The Sarpe Enforcers are a lower tier of officials chosen by the Dracul Council. These individuals are given the responsibility of dealing with rogue mercenaries and seeking out new applicants to the business.
